survey Micromega: NAPOLITANO IMPARTIAL?

These days Micromega online is conducting a survey on the impartiality of the President Napolitano. The question is this :
think that in these two and a half years the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano has acted as guardian of the Constitution, "in an impartial manner? Yesterday
had already voted over 8500 people . I have no idea what value has a statistical survey of this type. I find, however, particularly significant is the fact that 60% of voters responded "definitely no .
Personally, I have not failed to share words spoken by our President, in this case, however, even I said no.
It 's true that the President must be impartial, no doubt, between opposing factions, but if there is, so to speak, something from which " part" must be, this is undoubtedly the Constitution , which must be kept. Now, it is also true that the President of the Republic "is not liable for acts performed in the exercise of his duties" (Article 90), I think it is legitimate that we citizens can invoke it to protect the integrity of the Constitution and republican institutions. And I say this because, really, the Constitution seems to be the only good thing that has remained in our country ... at least it will be until the change.
