How Much Money Do You Need To Open A Pet Shop

Quanto sono normali gli atteggiamenti mafiosi nel nostro paese

E 'yesterday's news that the Constitutional Court has declared Lodo Alfano unlawful, the law providing for the suspension of prosecutions for the President of the Council of the Republic and of the chambers. Obviously it was a law ad personam, or rather to Silvio Berlusconi. Yesterday we almost all cheered up for Facebook, but we all wrong, perhaps. What a pity a country where we continually discuss legal problems of the Prime Minister. On both sides. The people of deference to the right shows absolutely everything that Berlusconi says or does, as if it were really the Lord's anointed. I can not understand how they can really believe it is haunted by the courts ... possible that all angry with him? The only answer is that they are incapable of thinking thoughts own and believe in everything the Divine Augustus says. Or are they so afraid of "communists" (but where are they?) Berlusconi who prefer to forgive rather than vote for the other party or not vote at all. The opposition, meanwhile, is so incapable of doing politics that broke to a decision of the Constitutional Court.
The decision yesterday could not have a political content, because the legal solution to the issue Lodo Alfano was clear and straightforward: Article 3 of the Constitution provides that all are equal before the law, the only exceptions to the rule general are provided in the Constitution, therefore, to add a new immunity law takes a Constitutional (personally, I think the Lodo Alfano would still be unconstitutional if couched in those terms, even if approved by constitutional law, for reasons I will explain whether a constitutional law on the subject). Our joy, our reactions, however, have somehow turned into a political sentence. From a passion for constitutional law, I shared the Court's decision, but I also rejoiced because Berlusconi, in particular, it will hit. As a scholar of law, I am satisfied, but as a citizen behind the joy I feel sad, disappointed, with no hope for this country: Berlusconi's words yesterday in Port a porta (Napolitano che avrebbe dovuto influenzare i giudici della Corte) palesano un atteggiamento tipicamente mafioso.
